1897 Antique Staffordshire Flow Blue Covered Cheese Dish Ornate Heavy Gold Trim

I could not determine who made this cheese dish, or even what pattern it is, but I was able to determine that it was made in 1897 based upon the RN number, 303497, which is stamped into both the cover and underplate. The underplate measures 11-1/4 long, 8 inches wide, and 7/8 inches tall. The cover measures 9 inches long, 7-1/2 inches wide and is 6 inches tall. Both pieces are in excellent antique condition with no chips, flakes, nicks, bites or cracks. There is some light wear in the heavy gold trim, mostly on the ornate handle.  The underplate is blind stamped with the RN number, the number 15 over the number 9, and the word IVORY, and is also hand numbered 9184 in blue, under the glaze. The lid is only marked with the RN number.
