Mint 1969 M7Bayonet US BOC Knife & 1969 TWB USM8A1 Scabbard Vietnam War era

Mint condition 1969 Bauer Ordnance Corporation (BOC) Knife Company Warren, Michigan. Sealed in Oct 1969 as seen in picture 6. The BOC contracts for bayonets were issued in October 1968 and again in February of 1969 and were scheduled to be completed by July 1970. The Bayonet listed today 06/24/2021 was opened right before pictures were taken.  It was sealed in Nov 1969 as seen in picture 7.  Items are new/old stock and may have shelf ware. Edge on blade is impressive shown close up in picture 6. Also included is a TWB USM8A1 Scabbard new/old stock. Small mark over the B and great stamping seen in picture 8. TWB stands for "The Working Blind"  located in Philadelphia. Production date is from 1969.  The TWB and the PWH Scabbards were the prime contractors in the early phase of the Vietnam War (1965-1969) This Bayonet and the Scabbard were put in a larger box in 03-1977 (seen in picture 1) and have remained in storage since then. These Vietnam War era items were never used. May have shop wear from being in storage. Also normal oxidizing in brass snaps seen in picture 3 can be polished or you may leave normal pantina. With the exception of the last 2 pictures showing the bayonet in action.  Bayonet, Scabbard, boxes and all packing is included.  Will be boxed back up in original box and packaged in a larger box to protect the contents and the original box.
