    Description

    This is a demo board for National Semiconductor’s LMZ12003 3A Simple Switch Power Module.  An extra LMZ12003 IC is included.  This is a step-down converter.  Input voltage range is 4.5V to 20V.  Output voltage is 08V to 6V.  Output current is up to 3A.  Data on both the demo board and on the LMZ12003 power module is available on the web.

    Distributors such as Digi-Key sell the LMZ12003 demo board for ~.  If you want to experiment with this part, or need a switcher of these specifications, this could be a good deal for you.
