126, owned by the State of Connecticut, is in ConnDOT "Coke Zero" livery. That doesn't stop Metro-North from using it anywhere on its system.(The notation <4> is for internal use only.)

Yes, this is an EKTACHORME slide!  Kodak began making and marketing Ektachrome again in late 2018.

Domestic orders for one or two slides are shipped in a plain envelope with no tracking. Orders for three or more slides, or orders where the value of the slide or slides is .00 or greater, are shipped in bubble mailers and get USPS tracking.
International customers:
I will strive to mail orders in such a way that a Customs declaration won’t be needed, such as mailing slides in envelopes containing up to six slides, and using several envelopes. However, there may be times where it is not possible to do so, and a Customs declaration will be needed. Any Customs fees assessed will be borne by the buyer.
