Description
This is an eval board for Hittite’s (now part of Analog Devices) PN HMC615LP4, a GaAs MMIC mixer that works over an RF and LO range of 2.3 to 4.0 GHz. A datasheet on the mixer, which includes info on the eval board, is available on Analog’s website.GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The HMC615LP4 is a high-linearity GaAs FET converter IC that operates from 2.3 to 4.0 GHz and delivers a +35dBm input 3rd-order intercept point. The LO amplifier output and high-dynamic-range mixer input are positioned so that an external LO filter can be placed in series between them. The IC operates from a single +5V supply consuming 65mA of current, and accepts an LO drive level of -2 to +6dBm. The design requires no external baluns and supports IF frequencies between DC and 1 GHz.
Excellent condition and guaranteed functional.
If you would like to experiment with this board, this could be a great deal for you.
