Renesas M16C Tiny Neutrino starter kit

Description

This is a demo unit I experimented with, it's in fair condition.  A few wires soldered to it and velcro taped to one side with no cables or software.  You'll need to dig up the software, but it takes a basic USB cable, no debugger needed (this starter kit actually has a Renesas E8 built into the board).
